Dopo una lunga fase di progettazione, finalmente è scaricabile:
LotAtc 4 DCS Server (gratuito);
LotAtc 4 DCS Client (a pagamento 20 euro).
LotAtc è un software, assolutamente integrato in DCS World, che permette la simulazione di ATC/CGI. (un pò come F4AWACS per Falcon BMS).

Ho Scaricato la versione Server e quella Client. Qualche immagine:
